Anxietyis the think which israther common in our life.There is practically no person who has not at least once experienced anxiety. We can be anxious about our exams, troubles with the family and friends. Such a sense like anxiety is normal for our body as it is its response to some life situations. Nevertheless, sometimes anxiety becomes a very serious problem. It happens when it is regular and occurs with no frightening cause or obvious reason for it.
